1ST SNORKEL
- Manufactured using the rotational molding process from polyethylene and in one piece, with generously dimensioned wall thickness for high resistance and long durability. Material LLDPE 8446.21 ExxonMobil™ with a density of 0.936 g/cm³ according to ISO 1183 test.
2ND HEAD
- Designed for high airflow for maximum performance and with grooves for water drainage. Made from one piece of LLDPE ExxonMobil™ with removable grille. Available for intake snorkels with diameters of 89mm (3.5") and 77mm (3").
3. LEADS
- Included in the sets, high temperature and pressure resistance for optimum air flow to the engine. Made of PP, LLDPE, EPDM... depending on the configuration and area of application for each set, for a tight and precise installation.
4. BRACKETS AND FASTENINGS
- Screws: 316 and 304 series stainless steel, with self-locking nuts for secure installation.
Blanks: Precise settings, manufactured from alloy material, laser-cut and surface-treated.
Nylon studs: stable attachment for insulation from the body panel to prevent vibrations and corrosion.
5. SHABLONES
- Model-specific versions, corresponding instructions for positioning and drilling the body are included in each package. If required for assembly, additional templates for the interior can be included.
